NJDC: Justice Department Moves Correctly in AIPAC Case

WASHINGTON, DC - Ira N. Forman, Executive Director of the National Jewish Democratic Council (NJDC), released the following statement:

From the beginning, the case against former AIPAC staffers Keith Weissman and Steve Rosen was extremely questionable. It was always clear that AIPAC, Weissman, and Rosen were never associated with anything related to espionage. The U.S. Department of Justice made the correct decision to ask the court to dismiss the indictment in this case.
