NJDC Reacts to Sen. Kennedy Diagnosis

Marc R. Stanley, Chairman of the National Jewish Democratic Council (NJDC), released the following statement concerning the sad news that Sen. Edward Kennedy has been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor:

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Sen. Edward Kennedy and his family at this difficult time. Kennedy is a powerhouse in the Democratic Party and has been a fighter for all Americans. We wish him a speedy recovery. Kennedy, the second-longest serving member of the Senate, is a strong supporter of NJDC and the Jewish community.
