Today, National Jewish Democratic Council Chair Marc R. Stanley issued the following statement:

“The National Jewish Democratic Council congratulates Representative Ed Markey on his Massachusetts Senate primary victory. Markey has deep connections to the Massachusetts Jewish community, and he is a strong supporter of Israel and tikkun olam. Markey will continue to show strong leadership if elected to serve in the Senate and we wish him the best of luck in his Special Election contest.”
