This latest tirade by Rep. Allen West is beyond unacceptable. His email’s hostile tone and belligerent language further demonstrate that he cannot coexist peacefully and respectfully with his House colleagues. Even worse, his declaration that Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz is “not a Lady” and will not be “afforded due respect” confirms yet again that West has a real problem with progressive women.

West must apologize immediately for his email and, once and for all, contain his sexist hostility. Even more importantly, he should heed the words of Rep. Wasserman Schultz and her House Democratic colleagues and finally stand up for the nation’s seniors - and not try to solve our economic woes on the backs of the neediest.

Alan West should be denounced by the republican party too, but like Obama, weak American leaders are worried that “Support” accumulated by these men, are worry enough not to shake them out of offices.. but one supporter, has many oppinions.

NO he should not apologize to her. She should apologize to him for the way she has spoken about him repeatedly.

It seems that Ms. Wasserman-Schultz can call Cain and other members of Congress “terrorists” and not expect to be called out. She needs to tone down her rhetoric.
