Vice President Joe Biden marked the first anniversary of health care reform by recording a video that explains the positive impact that the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is making in peoples’ lives. The video also recalls the tireless work by Biden, President Barack Obama, and members of Congress to make health care reform a reality.
