Iowa Tea Party Billboard Compares Obama to Hitler

The North Iowa Tea Party began displaying a billboard last week in Mason City, Iowa featuring a photo of President Barack Obama between images of Adolf Hitler and Vladamir Lenin.  The statement under the photos reads, “Radical leaders prey on the fearful and naïve.” This is not the first time that Holocaust references have come up during this election season. NJDC has been monitoring abusive Holocaust rhetoric and speaking out against its use.

The billboard drew national attention and heavy criticism and was pulled down yesterday.
