Senior Security Officer from Israel’s Cairo Embassy Thanks Obama

The senior security officer stationed at Israel’s embassy in Cairo met with U.S. Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro today and thanked President Barack Obama for his actions to protect Israel’s diplomats. Ynet reported:

US Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro met with Yonatan, the senior security officer at Israel’s embassy in Cairo and praised the professionalism of the security team. ‘In times of crisis the US and Israel look out for each other,’ he said.

The Security officer requested to send his thanks to US President Barack Obama and added: ‘We’re only here thanks to him.’
