The Philadelphia Jewish Voice reported that Senators Arlen Specter (D-PA), Bob Casey (D-PA) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY) will all endorse Pennsylvania Senate candidate Joe Sestak (D-PA) at an event in Philadelphia on Monday, October 11.

Reportedly, Specter and Schumer will deliver remarks about Sestak’s rock-solid commitment to Israel and his intimate understanding of national security affairs.

A fact sheet about Sestak’s unshakeable commitment to Israel can be found here.

My wife and I will be attending this event on Monday evening. We are strong supporters of Joe Sestak. After attending other events for Joe and speaking to him on several occasions, we certainly know that Joe has a rock solid commitment to Israel. The same cannot be said about Pat Toomey. As a congressman, Mr. Toomey voted against military and other aid to Israel at least 7 times during his 6 years in Congress.

We encourage all the Jewish voters of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to support Joe Sestak on November 2.
