Barak: “Slight Disputes Are Behind Us”

During his address to the American Jewish Committee last week, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak said:

 

“I feel very strongly that these differences, these slight disputes are behind us. … The relationship between our defense establishment and the American one is extremely good, deep, and [the bonds] are intimate and unbreakable.”

 

Barak’s statement came after high level meetings with President Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
